DOUBLE-FLOWER PINK  PETITE  WEEPING CHERRY (Known as the Rosebud Cherry)  The branches naturally grow downward, creating a waterfall effect of deep rose-pink blossoms in spring and brilliant leaf colors in fall – golden yellow, orange and bronze.  Shiny reddish-brown bark adds interest in winter.  The tree is an early season sanctuary for pollinators in late March to April.  Plant it in full sun for the most vibrant and heaviest spring flowering.  This variety has been grafted to stay around 10 to 15 feet tall.  Prunus subhirtella Pendula  (Rosebud) USDA Zones 5 - 8

FLOWERING & PETITE SNOW FOUNTAIN WEEPING CHERRY
Grafted to remain about 8 to 12 feet tall, this tree fits in very small spaces.   For almost a whole month in spring it sparkles with bright white blossoms.  In fall, leaves are golden - in winter the bark is a pretty bronze color. Prunus ‘Snofozam’    USDA Zones 5 - 8

YOSHINO ORNAMENTAL CHERRY - In Washington D.C. and on the waterfront in Portland, Yoshino cherry trees display dazzling pink and white blossoms every spring, usually mid-March to April.  The fall foliage is just as dramatic – golds, bronzes, yellows, and oranges.  These colors are most vivid when Yoshino is grown in full sun.  The tree matures about 20 to 30 feet tall in our location.   Prunus x yedoensis     USDA Zones 5-8
